Meditation Instructions


1. Sit in your chair with your back relatively straight and your feet resting on the floor. This provides a stable and comfortable position for the body

2. Do a few neck rolls, perhaps shrug the shoulders a few times to simply let go of some muscle tension. Also take some deep breaths.

3. Start with this thought: I am taking these few minutes to acknowledge, that within me, there is unbounded peace and unbounded love.

4. Go ahead and close your eyes but before opening them establish that one, first thought from above. Establish: Deep, serene power exists within me, behind all of the thoughts and all of the emotions.
